• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged.

Please note: Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions. However, we always strive to deliver on time and keep you updated with real-time tracking via SMS and email.

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.
• If an order is cancelled after processing, a cancellation fee will apply — ₹150 for 1–2 items and ₹250 for 3 or more items. This fee covers the logistics and handling costs already incurred.

Missing or Damaged Orders

In case of missing or damaged items, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a claim:

• Share an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from its sealed state.
• Without this video proof, we may be unable to process your request.

Partial COD Policy

To provide a smooth and secure shopping experience, Uri offers Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) — a hybrid payment method designed to reduce delays and cancellations.

What is Partial COD?

Partial COD lets you confirm your order by paying online a token amount of ₹100 or 10% of the order value. The remaining balance is paid in cash at delivery.

Terms & Conditions:

• Order Confirmation:

A non-refundable token payment confirms your order and is adjusted in the final bill.

• Order Cancellation:

If you cancel the order after it is shipped or refuse delivery, the partial COD amount will be forfeited. If we are unable to fulfill the order (due to stock or logistical issues), we will refund the token amount to your original payment method.

• Delivery Refusal:

If you refuse delivery during OTP confirmation or decline to accept the parcel, the token amount is non-refundable.

By opting for Partial COD, you agree to the above terms.
