Return & Refund Policy

Effective for orders placed on or after April 1, 2025

At Uri, we’re committed to quality — but if something doesn’t work out, our return process is simple and fair.

Return Window:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery via our return portal.

Return Fees:

  • ₹150 for 1–2 items
  • ₹250 for 3 or more items
  • Only one return request is allowed per order.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Clearance sale & promo items (e.g., B1G1, B2G2) are not returnable.

Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Report within 24-48 hours of delivery with clear photos and video.
  • Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

Quality Check:

  • Pickup in 3–5 working days
  • If the return passes QC, refund/store credit will be issued.
  • Failed QC items will be discarded with no refund.

Refund Details:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund (minus return/shipping fee) to original payment method in 3–5 days
  • COD orders: Refund as store credit, valid for 6 months
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

All returns are subject to Uri’s approval.
