Exchange Policy

Effective for all orders placed on or after April 1, 2025

At Uri, we want you to love what you wear. If the size isn’t right, don’t worry — we offer a one-time free size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

How It Works:

• Request an exchange within 7 days via our exchange portal.
• We’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
• Once the item passes quality check (with tags and packaging intact), your replacement will be shipped in 2–3 working days.
• Only size exchange is allowed — not product or style.

Please Note:

• Exchanges are not accepted for sale or discounted items (e.g., B1G1, clearance offers).
• If your area doesn’t support reverse pickup, you’ll need to self-ship.
• Exchanges beyond 7 days or multiple exchange requests will not be processed.
• Once exchanged, items cannot be returned or exchanged again.
