Partial COD Policy

To provide a smooth and secure shopping experience, Uri offers Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) — a hybrid payment method designed to reduce delays and cancellations.

What is Partial COD?

Partial COD lets you confirm your order by paying online a token amount of ₹100 or 10% of the order value. The remaining balance is paid in cash at delivery.

Terms & Conditions:

• Order Confirmation:

A non-refundable token payment confirms your order and is adjusted in the final bill.

• Order Cancellation:

Once an order is confirmed through Partial COD, the token amount is non-refundable in case of customer-initiated cancellation. If the customer refuses delivery, the token amount will also be forfeited. If URI is unable to fulfill the order due to stock or logistical issues, the token amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Delivery Refusal:

If you refuse delivery during OTP confirmation or decline to accept the parcel, the token amount is non-refundable.

By opting for Partial COD, you agree to the above terms.
